Leominster MA Resident Is Shining In The NCAA Division II Men's Soccer Tournament!

Fitchburg MA and Leominster MA Daily News.- Matias Pietropinto is one of the top soccer performers at the NCAA Division II Men's Soccer tournament held in Rindge, NH. where UMass Lowell became the winner of the event. Matias is from the UML team which has been the winner for the last 5 years.

UML opened the scoring in the 14th minute when junior M Matias Pietropinto (Leominster, MA) volleyed a ball over the FPU defense to senior M Edens Chery (Brockton, MA) breaking into the right side of the box, who beat the offside trap. Chery struck the ball inside the far post for his seventh goal of the year.

Go Leominster.... We have good sport-men and women in this beautiful city!

You Better What Your Kids At The School Bus Stops To Prevent Bad People Or The Leominster's Cops To Scared Them!

Fitchburg MA and Leominster MA Daily News.- Residents of Leominster MA send us a nice message about what happen two days ago on Mechanic St. right on the corner of 3dr St. where the South Street School bus was dropping of some kids... Apparently, a Leominster Cop's car with their lights on try to turn from 3rd St. to Mechanic St. like going to the mall they came really fast and didn't care that the bus was dropping some kids, some of the kids were crossing the street and the Cops brake really hard and start honking on the kids whom scare start running almost falling because as you know is ICE all over the sidewalks.

Parents are really up set at this situation and want to ask. Doesn't the law apply to those that suppose to enforce it?

Kids, next time don't run, you need to overcareful when walking on ice and running is not an option even if they cops want you to do that!
