2011 Kindergarten Registration For Leominster Public Schools

Kindergarten registration will be on Saturday, April 9th 2011 from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm at the Northwest  Elementary School located on 45 Stearns Ave..

Your child must be 5 years old on or before August 31, 2011 to be accepted on kindergarten this year.

Please Bring:

• Birth certificate.
• Record of immunization and lead screening.
• Copy of physical exam dated after September 2010 or date of upcoming doctor's appointment.
• Proof of residence: Utility bill (gas, electric, telephone, cable).
