Fitchburg Rent-a-Center Don't Want Give Refunds

Leominster and Fitchburg MA News.- After a bad customer service experience on September 25th 2010, when a customer when to rent a house appliance at the Rent-a-Center in John Fitch Hwy in Fitchburg.

The sale rep in the store promise to deliver the item that same day in the evening, but they never did. The customer decided to give them another chance and after talking to store rep that night they agree to make the delivery early morning the next day (September 26th).

And guess what! They never did it, and they decide to make the delivery after 4pm in the afternoon, after the customer already called to cancel the order.

Then after a few weeks the customer when back to the store to get a refund for the money she paid for the first week lease. And big SURPRISE!

They store manager told the customer that the only thing he can get is credit for a new rental, but no refunds.

Is this illegal? YES, it is!...

After a few attempts, the customer didn't any other choice than going public and calling the Rent-a-Center's Customer Service Hotline.

That was the only way he can get a district manager to call and try to fix the situation...

Come on, the transaction was for only $20, just give it back to the client. How you expect to build a good local business if trying to provide bad service to the city citizens!

Better choice for anyone looking to rent or lease to own an item is Aarons. Located on the same street, close to McDonald's.

Fitchburg MA and Leominster MA Daily News.- The Rent-A-Center store from the city of Fitchburg promote one of the best rent-a-center employees recognized this way by local store customers and co-workers... Mr. Oumar Diagne a assistance manager who has been showing his manger skills for about 3 years to finally get the Store Manager position.

So, why even talking about this is the Fitchburg MA Rent-A-Center already promote the Mr. Oumar Diagne, simple because many others were promoted before him, some of them got the promotion in less than 3 months, while he was showing better employee skills than any of the others whom by the way were white.... And I think that was the main reason of Mr. Diagne promotion delay.

Maybe the rumors were true... that the Twin Cities' MA Rent-A-Center's old district manager didn't like people of color. It took 5 years and a new district manager for stupid Rent-A-Center to give the promotion to an excellent employee.

Almost every Fitchburg MA Rent-a-Center customer were happy and sad with the news. Why? Well, they were happy about the promotion to store manager but they didn't like the idea that Oumar store is not the Fitchburg or Leominster MA store, he got a store in the city of Framihand MASS.

He is a excellent manager, and good with people. He love to work hard, and his entrepreneur mind keep him fighting the smart fight with the goal to go to the next level...
