Williams Is Accuse By AD Yow Of Sabotage [Basketball News]

Fitchburg and Leominster MA Sport News, Presented By The Justin Bieber Silly Bandz Store. - During Mark Gottfried's introductory news conference as North Carolina State's men's basketball coach, athletics director Debbie Yow accused Maryland coach Gary Williams of trying to sabotage the search.

The former AD at Maryland Debbie Yow, worked with Gary Williams for 16 years. But, when Debbie was questioned about her reputation and if that made it hard for her to acquire a new coach at N.C. State, she said:

"I don't have a reputation across all men's basketball of being hard to work with. They know me for not getting along with Gary Williams, who has tried to sabotage the search."

Williams, who is a national champion from Maryland in 2002, spend a moment to answer, Gary said:

"I don't have any interest in the N.C. State search, since I'm working as a coach in Maryland and my focus is on working hard to run our program."
