As you read in a last weather forecast for today is going to be a mix of ice and snow all day and then a small snow shower tonight. That little snow shower is not going to help at all this crazy weather.

Another Big Snow and Ice Storm [WARNING]

Fitchburg And Leominster MA News. - This is a WARNING notice for all our local residents, as you already know we have another big snow with ice storm and even a little bit of frozen rain which made the whole thing a lot worst. The rain and ice created a ice trap below the snow making the roads and sidewalks very, very slippery. So, be very careful when driving and walking around.

Also as you know all school activities in New England has been cancel until tomorrow.

TOMORROW NOTICE: You need to be advice that we might have low temperatures on Wednesday January 19th. This can create very icy roads, and make it difficult for our streets to be clean for regular school activities.

Be safe, and let us know of any activities, news, or events on our cities.

VIDEO: Snow Storm in Fitchburg MA

Leominster and Fitchburg MA News. - Now is time for the video footage of the snow storm in Fitchburg, which by the way, we were wrong before, we thought the city was ready and did a good job just like Leominster, but it wasn't like that. The city still was in very bad shape this morning, and that made school buses have a long delay. But, now is getting in better shape, just a few back roads still some attention.

The First Snow Storm of 2011 for The Twin Cities Just Started

Leominster and Fitchburg MA News. - Snow is coming down as I write this quick article. Yes, the first Snow storm of 2011 and this new decade just started. The good news are that this time are two beautiful cities moved a little bit faster and had salt and sand on the street hours before the our cold white friend come to visit us. This is a miracle compare on how they did on the last storm of 2010, when they didn't move until it was piles of snow all over the roads.

Even Fitchburg got smarter and have the streets set and ready.

As everyone knows, if the continue snowing and reach over 5 inches, will be no school in neither of the Twin Cities. But, make sure to check your local channel, radio, and the web to make sure.

Also many local businesses and city offices would be closed on this Wednesday January 12th. So, call work before you go out driving under this weather just to know that the company you work for is closed.

Looks like delivery based food shops and restaurants might be open, just call to avoid driving in bane.

2010 First Snow Storm And School Not Cancel

Leominster and Fitchburg MA News. - To all residents, the first official snow storm started last night around 7pm with just a tiny drop of snow, but this morning our streets are all cover in white. It's actually just a little bit on the streets and side walks. But, be careful walking and driving anyways.


WARNING: The little blanket of snow is thin but slippery, so drive careful, and beware of bad drivers this holiday.


To all parents and students, school it's not cancel, but can be early dismissal if storm gets bad before noon.

Fitchburg MA and Leominster MA Daily News.- Last night after a cold day the city of Leominster and Fitchburg MA got hit a small but really strong snow bleezer combine with extremely cold winds. People got scare and run to their houses... The mall and local shopping centers got empty way before closing time. Just a couple restaurants had a few guesses during the snow storm.
